Our companies headquarters are located in Virgina, USA. 

How long is shipping?
Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method at checkout. On average most orders take around 7-25 business days. 

I just placed my order, may I change item(s), addresses or cancel?
You may request to modify or cancel your order at anytime before it ships. If your order has already shipped we cannot alter or your order in anyway or cancel it.

What if I change my mind after my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped you must wait until your receive your package and then send it back to us for a full refund. Please note: You will be fully responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do returns work?

To start a return, simply send us an email with your order number and we'll provide you a return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund) via email. Print the label, and drop your slides off at your local post office. Once received we'll inspect your return and submit your refund. 

How much does a return label cost?

The return postage cost may vary depending on your location. Domestic returns cost around $3-$4 while International returns may cost $7-$14. This cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Why hasn't my tracking number updated/moved from the previous location?
This is completely normal and typically takes a few business days for your tracking number to show location updates especially if the package is still in transit from our international warehouse. 

I ordered the wrong size now. Now what?
Size charts are on every product page, along with comparative size tables we've put together from customer feedback. If you ordered the wrong size you must wait until your package is delivered and then you may send it back to us for a refund or exchange. For more information regarding returns please visit our Returns Policy.    

Do I get a pre-paid return label?
We only provide return labels on item(s) that are sent back for a refund. The return postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

I didn't receive my order or shipping confirmation email?
Order & shipping confirmation emails are sent out automatically to the email you provided us during checkout. If you didn't receive a confirmation please check your spam folder. Still no luck? Email us at support@buykemi.com and we'll help you out!

Why didn't I receive my refund yet?
Refunds may take anywhere between 5-10 business days to process back to your account depending on your bank. You may request an ARN to help track the status of your refund. 

My discount code isn't working?
Some discount codes may expire after awhile! Be on the look out for discount codes from our ambassadors! Please keep in mind, you may only use 1 discount code per order.

Can I get free item(s) if I promote your products?
We love to collaborate with you but we but we don't give our free item(s) all the time. If you're interested in collaborating please reach out to us at creators@buykemi.com.
